Perhaps the mountain people are so terribly fond of their landscape that still life just isn't their thing? What came as a complete surprise to me was when these two larger paintings went to good homes ...

After yoga class this morning I went to lunch with some of the ladies and then I brought them home with me. I now have four less Small Gems - all still life paintings. Many thanks gals!
